Learn More About Snohomish County Employment Attorney Rodney Moody
I have been a practicing trial lawyer since 1987. My legal career began as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Pierce County. While employed in this capacity, I successfully prosecuted dozens of serious felony crimes to juries. I began private practice in 1991, focusing on family and business law as well as general civil litigation. I have successfully conducted several hundred jury and nonjury trials involving a wide spectrum of legal issues.
In 2000 because of my personal interest in this area, I focused my practice on employment and labor law-related matters. This has remained the focus of my practice. I have successfully represented numerous individual employees as well as employers on a wide variety of employment- and civil rights- related issues.
When you hire me, you will be working with a lawyer who will be prepared to take your case to trial if it is necessary to achieve a fair outcome. To schedule your initial consultation, call my office at 425-740-2940 or e-mail my law firm.
